Gwinnett responded to a call at 11:30 a.m. from a woman living in the the Autumn Trace Apartments in Peachtree Corners who told police her husband was threatening her with a gun.
The man would not respond to the request to surrender, a SWAT team was called out and the man surrendered and was taken into custody without incident. Police said no shots were fired. Patch will have an updated story when more details are available.
