Vargas & Harbin to Host Art Benefit for Family Violence Victims

All proceeds from the Norcross event will go to the Partnership Against Domestic Violence.

Downtown Norcross' Vargas & Harbin Studio Gallery, in conjunction with Christopher Corbett, will host "Heal the Heart," an art benefit to support the Partnership Against Domestic Violence.

From 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, guests will be able to enjoy an evening of cocktails, hor 'dourves, raffles, a silent auction and, of course, art. Donations will be accepted and all proceeds with benefit PADV.

The number of businesses supporting the benefit has grown extensively. Local restaurants such as Pappadeaux, Zapata, Paizano's, Dominick's, Mojitos and Iron Horse Tavern have pitched in by either providing food for the evening or a gift for the raffle. Artists who have personally donated to the event include Tony Carr, Kelley Griffin, Sue Cochran, and Charlie Harbin and Rey Vargas of the studio.
