Urban Media Festival Hits Metro Atlanta
The festival takes place in the Norcross area, where independent films will compete for awards and prizes. Call for entries extends until Sept. 2.
The Urban Mediamakers Association is bringing its 12th annual film festival to metro Atlanta in October.
The Urban Mediamakers Film Festival takes place October 10-13, at the Hilton Atlanta Northeast on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. At the festival, independent films will compete for more than $20,000 in prizes and awards.
Besides awards, the festival will feature panel discussions and workshops on the changing film-making industry, as well as tips on using the changes -- social media, digital distribution and the like -- to benefit your brand.
Call for entries extends until Sept. 2.
