Need something to do this weekend? Not to worry! We've got you covered.
Friday starts 's last weekend of an adult-only production about a sex therapist who is assisted by an Irish nun. If you haven't watched the racy comedy yet, check it out before it's too late. Shows begin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and the production's last show starts at 2 p.m. Order tickets at the door or online at the Lionheart website.
Early Saturday marks the 15th annual , which will feature more than 300 one-of-a-kind vintage cars, in addition to tasty food, a bake sale, a silent auction and music. Make sure to stop by downtown (although parking might be hard, so make sure to use the shuttle buses at the Hilton Atlanta Northeast hotel, located at 5993 Peachtree Industrial Blvd.) to browse the vehicles from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. that day.
In between the Lionheart show and the car display, will be having it's usual goodies and a bit more. On Friday, make sure to give Meleah and Jared a listen, who will play anything from country to pop to rock. Sing some tunes on the bar's karaoke night Saturday. To end the weekend, do something relaxing--Iron Horse will be hosting Bingo for a Cure, which will benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Six bucks will buy a gameboard with unlimited plays, and $25 and $10 prizes are including during the rounds. On top of everything, there's also a raffle.
Music will dominate this weekend. Alejandro, a spanish-influenced musician with rock and acoustic sounds and a three-piece band will be performing around 7:30 p.m. Friday, and jazz quartet Night Flight will take the stage on the back patio on Saturday.
