There's music and more this weekend in downtown Norcross.

Dig into your theatrical side this Thursday with Onion Man Productions in the workshop, "Who Is That Guy? The Craft of Character Development." Playwright and Literary Manager Daphne Mintz will be teaching the importance of dynamic characters from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Norcross Garden Club, located at 33 College St.

You can also head to for the Summer Concert Series on Friday at 7:30 p.m. to hear the sounds of Moby Dick. The energetic cover band will play famous hits that are sure to make everyone sing along and dance through the night. Hear "What I Like About You" and " Jessie's Girl" among others, and don't forget to grab the cooler and some lawn chairs to make you and your family at home.

The music doesn't stop there, either. will be having Alejandro play his spanish-influenced tunes Friday at 7:30 p.m., and acoustic-duo He Said She Said will be playing the same time Saturday.

Also, will have live music from Alias Smith & Jones (also an acoustic duo) at 9 p.m. Friday and karaoke Saturday around 10 p.m.
