Summer Concert Series Starts Monday

If you're staying in town Memorial Day weekend, you're making the right choice.

Memorial Day is right around the corner, and you know what that means for Norcross: the Summer Concert Series.

The music kicks off this Monday in with a whole evening dedicated to the red, white and blue. The city of Norcross has a tribute planned for the country's veterans and soldiers at 7 p.m., followed by rock and R&B-style band The American Flyers at 7:30 p.m.

As always, chairs and tables are available to rent, but they fill up fast. Contact Rip Robertson at crobertson@norcrossga.net if you're interested in reserving one.

The lawn's always available for guests to bring blankets and lawn chairs, too, and don't forget to bring something to munch and sip on. Alcohol is also welcome at the shows, too.

The concert series will take place in the amphitheatre every other Friday. Find the line-up below, via the aplacetoimagine website:

MAY 28 The American Flyers: rock and R&B variety show

Norcross's own Boy Scout Troop 26 will be doing a Flag ceremony before the concert so everyone come out and see our fine young men.
