Grab those shorts and smother on the SPF30 to spend a day in the sun this Saturday at the Spring Break Music Fest in downtown Norcross.

Nine bands ranging from classic rock to blues are scheduled to play on two stages starting at 10 a.m., so bring those blankets and lawnchairs for relaxing in. The main act, Depature: the Journey Tribute Band, will be performing at 8 p.m., according to the APlacetoImagine website.
The event will take place Saturday, April 21, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at Lillian Webb Park, located at 5 College St. There is no cost for relaxing to the music and playing in the sand, but the city of Norcross will be collecting canned goods to help the . Vendors and to-go picnics will be available at participating restaurants around downtown.
