Last Chance: Pink-A-Licious Tea Party

Do you have a young one interested in joining the Daisy Girl Scouts?

The Girl Scout troops in Norcross are hosting a Pink-A-Licious Tea Party this Saturday for those entering kindergarten or first grade in the fall, and Friday is the last day to reserve your spot.

At $5 per girl, the tea party will have tons of activities and events. Snacks and "tea" will be served, they'll make Mother's Day hats out of recyclable materials, Girl Scout songs will be sung and kids can pick their favorite sweets from a candy station.

Children are encouraged to wear their favorite tea hats and gloves, and older sisters are welcome to join the fun, too.

The last day to register is Friday, May 4, so hurry and get those names in! Email the Norcross Service Unit at join@girlscoutsnorcross.org or call Kimberly Murray at 770-490-9462 to reserve your spot and for more information.

The cost is $5 per girl, and the event will take place from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 5, at Christ the King Lutheran Church, located at 5575 Peachtree Parkway in Peachtree Corners.
