Enjoy refreshments and music while meeting the artist.Grace Wever will be on hand to answer questions and give insight to what inspires her most unusual fabric collage works. The artist describes this collection as narrative art because it tells a story.Wever's exhibition is a unique collection, never before on display in metro Atlanta. She brings her art to share from Westcliffe, Colorado where she has been working for many years.Galleries representing her work in Colorado have included Gallery Two-Ten in Colorado Springs, Michael’s on Main in Canon City, Gallery 150 in Salida, the Paint Horse Gallery in Breckenridge, the Trembling Aspen Gallery in Buena Vista, and the Third Street Gallery in Westcliffe, CO. Her work is found in private collections throughout the US, and at institutions including Exempla Medical Center in Lafayette, the Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes at the Anschutz Medical Center in Denver, and Alabama Psychological Services Center. She is a past president and Board member of the Arkansas Valley Art Center at Colorado Mountain College.Vargas & Harbin Studio Gallery is located in historic Norcross at 27 S Peachtree Street.
