Whistle Stop Farmers Market Opens Today
In addition to the kick off of the market, everyone is encouraged to take part in a bike parade.
Craving farm fresh tomatoes, local greens or yummy honey? The day is upon us: Whistle Stop Farmers Market opens today at 4 p.m. in Thrasher Park.
The 40 vendors who have signed up for this year's market will have everything from baked goods and breads to fresh veggies, eggs, milk and yogurt.
The kids craft time begins at 4 p.m. Bring your bike, decorate it, then join the bike parade around the park at 5:30 p.m.
