Several northbound lanes on I-85, just north of I-285 will be closed Tuesday (June 25) between 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. for repairs to an overhead sign.
The sign is located at Mile Marker 96.4 just north of I-285 and south of Pleasantdale Road.
"A small portion of an overhead sign is bent and leaning forward, said Georgia DOT spokesperson Teri Pope. The damaged section will be removed and replaced.

"The damaged area is approximately 1 foot high by 4 feet long and says 'LEFT.' It is attached to an overhead sign for the PEACH PASS lane entrance point," explained Pope.
The PEACH PASS lane and adjacent lane will be closed while the sign is repaired.
