Patch Picks: Best St. Patrick's Day Party Spots

Party local tomorrow.

Leave it to the Irish to really know how to throw a party. And that means starting tomorrow there will be lots of St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. We love the holiday --  it gives us all an excuse to join in even if we’re not from the Emerald Isle.

We’ve scanned the area and have found a few of our favorite spots to knock back a cold one and enjoy a plate of good old fashioned Irish food. Be sure to wear something green.

The Derby Food & Spirits If you love corn beef and cabbage, green beer and downing a few shots of whisky, this is the place. The restaurant staff will be handing out beads and buttons to wear to help get everyone in a festive Irish mood. Order up a Shamrock or a Car Bomb shot – it will surely get you dancing an Irish jig.
