Over the last couple of months there has been an exciting renovation going on at Fowler YMCA, the addition of a TRX Studio!
TRX Suspension Training system is unique training equipment that uses one’s own bodyweight and gravity to develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously.
The design of the TRX allows participants to transition quickly and smoothly from exercise to exercise and work their entire body incorporating both strength and cardio.
"From the elite level athlete, to the person new to exercise, and everyone in between, our certified trainers will lead you to safely perform exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility - and all at the intensity you choose," said Gina Lembo, Wellness Director at the Y. "We encourage all skill levels to try it out."
