Over Next Few Days Expect Lane Closures at I-85/Jimmy Carter Blvd
Traffic east and west bound traffic on Jimmy Carter Boulevard and at the I-85 exit may be affected by the temporary lane closures Nov. 7 - 9.
The construction on the diverging diamond interchange continues and this weekend Norcross commuters who will be traveling Jimmy Carter Boulevard or using the I-85 exit should expect the following lane closures.
Thursday, Nov. 07
- Jimmy Carter Blvd. westbound, 1 right lane to be closed between Oakbrook Pkwy and Goshan Springs (Boring at Goshan Springs and I-85 ramps)
Friday, Nov. 8

- Jimmy Carter Blvd. eastbound, 1 right lane to be closed between Crescent Dr and McDonough Dr (boring at I-85 ramps)
Saturday, Nov. 9
- Jimmy Carter Blvd. eastbound- 1 right lane to be closed between Crescent Dr. and McDonough Dr.
- Jimmy Carter Blvd. westbound, 1 right lane to be closed between Oakbrook Pkwy and Goshan Springs (setting strain poles and installing mast arms)
