Beaver Ridge Elementary Student Recognized

At its weekly meeting, the Peachtree Corners Rotary Club recognized Yuidia Nieto, (who goes by the nickname Judy,) as its student of the month. Judy is a student at Beaver Ridge Elementary School.

A proclamation was presented which pronounced:

Yuridia Nieto is currently a second grade student at Beaver Ridge Elementary School.  Yuridia is an outstanding role model for her classmates.  She consistently displays a positive attitude and an excitement for learning.  She contributes to the class by sharing her ideas and questions to various subject areas. 

Yuridia actively participates in class during lessons and tries her hardest at every task she is given.  She has gone as far as bringing workbooks from home to practice during recess.  Yuridia is a captain for her reading centers’ group and is always kind when a friend needs help. 

Although Yuridia is very soft spoken, she is well liked by her peers.  She is often seen trying to include all classmates in games while outside.

I am very proud of Yuridia’s character in our classroom.  She is a joy to have in the classroom.  She understands the importance of education and we are truly lucky to have Yuridia as a role model at Beaver Ridge Elementary
