It's Air Quality Awareness Week, and the Clean Air Campaign says one easy way residents can improve air quality is by bringing lunch to work. Packing a lunch means no driving to a restaurant, no sitting in a drive-through and, possibly one of the best perks, avoiding lunchtime traffic congestion.

And there are added benefits to bringing lunch from home — according to WebMD, it's one of the simplest ways to save money and most meals packed at home are healthier than foods at restaurants.
