This Latin-dance inspired exercise craze is a spicy, upbeat mélange of salsa, merengue, reggaeton, bollywood, samba, flamenco, conga lines and other world tempos. This class emphasizes fitness, not complicated choreography.  You will move your body to the pulsating music while you tone and sculpt your body. It's easy, aerobic, and makes anyone look positively CALIENTE!  For all ages, men and woman!  Wear active wear and fitness shoes.  Bring your smiles, a towel and water (mats and light weights are optional.)  Ready to burn 400 - 1,000 calories?
