A bit of authentic Italy has come to Peachtree Corners at Firenze Ristorante. The restaurant, which opened in November on Peachtree Parkway, serves Italian dishes such as Veal Chop alla Parmigiana, a pan fried veal chop in pomodoro sauce with three kinds of cheese; and Agnolotti al Tartufo, a dish of veal, beef, pork, ravioli, truffle shavings, caramelized Vidalia onion and butter parmigiano.
