Do you believe your Christmas decorations outbeat everyone else's?

Prove it in Norcross' annual Holiday Yard Decorating Contest for a chance to win prizes in a number of categories.

Sponsored by Gas South, the contest covers the following categories: Best Overall, Most Creative, Most Whimsical and Best Traditional. A cash prize of $250 will be given to the Best Overall winner, and $50 will be deducated off the winners' electric bills for the other three categories.

Additionally, a $20 gift card to Norcross' Malibu Grand Prix will be given to every home that wins in the Best Decorated Street category. Holiday block party, anyone?

Judges will be out and about at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, so be sure get those lights, cheery Santas and inflatable snowmen up before it's too late.
