What Time Are the Oscars?

The 2013 Academy Awards show, which is in its 85th year, starts Sunday at 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

 

Roll out the red carpet because it's that time of year again--Oscar season.

The 2013 Academy Awards, which is in its 85th year, will be broadcasted live on ABC on Sunday, Feb. 24. Red carpet coverage will start at 7 p.m. and the actual awards show at 8:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, according to the Oscars website and ABC.com.

From Best Picture to Best Actor to Best Cinematography, the awards show has 24 categories and more than 100 nominees. Click here to see the entire nominees list.
