Saturday had a night of remembrance with the Sparkle! event of the Norcross Cemetery Tour and the Celebration of Lights.
Historian Gene Ramsay led the tour group and told stories of many of the old Norcross families, from the Nesbits to the Simpsons to the Summerours. Afterward, the tour-goers and other locals lit the luminaries in the cemetery for the Celebration of Lights.
