Gwinnett County investigators are searching for suspects in the theft of a trailer in unincorprated Lilburn, not too far from the Norcross area.

On Oct. 1, police responded to a theft of a trailer at the 4200 block of Walking Lane, near the intersection of Beaver Ruin Road and Burns Road. Police said in a press release that the trailer was taken the night before, and the suspects were captured on security video.

On the video, the suspects are seen backing a white truck up to the trailer.  The male suspect cuts off a lock and chain securing the trailer, then the trailer is hooked up and towed away by the suspect vehicle.

Police believe the suspects are likely responsible for additional cases in Gwinnett County, and possibly other areas of metro Atlanta.

Anyone with information on these suspects should contact Motor Vehicle Theft Unit detectives at 770-513-5300.
