Watch out for some severe weather this afternoon (Oct. 1). Forecasters are predicting rain and possible tornadoes.
WSB meteorologist Brad Nitz says that "isolated tornadoes' are possible as severe weather moves into the metro Atlanta area during the afternoon hours Monday.
As much as one inch of rainfall is possible Monday, according to weather.com. The rain already was falling to make Monday's morning commute more hazardous.
