Get Ready for Norcross' Gateway International Food & Music Festival

Check out the schedule for the Saturday event, which is back for its second year in Lillian Webb Park.

 

Get ready for the second annual Gateway International Food & Music Festival this Saturday in Norcoss' Lillian Webb Park.

Celebrating the different cultures around the Atlanta area, the all-day festival will feature a variety of music, food, dancing, kids' activities, and arts and crafts. It's free for all to come.

"The Second Annual Gateway International Food & Music Festival will provide an unparalleled opportunity to showcase the region’s best multicultural talent and highlight the rich cultural contributions of Gwinnett’s diverse communities," said Wesley Wilson, project manager of the Gwinnett Village Community Alliance.

11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.   
Meadowcreek High School Band
11:30 a.m. to noon Opening ceremony
Noon to 1 p.m. SABOR! (salsa, Latino jazz fusion)
1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Dance (Ballet Forklorico)
1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. T Grease Band (blues)
2:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Dance (Asian performers)
3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Lola (jazz, soul and R&B)
4 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Dance (Indonesia)
4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Larry G (soul funk)
5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Dance (Romania)
6 p.m. to 7 p.m. SABOR! (salsa, Latino jazz fusion)

The second annual Gateway International Food & Music Festival will take place Saturday, Nov. 3, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Lillian Webb Park, located at Jones Street and College Street in downtown Norcross.
