The Hall County Sherrif's Department informed Patch that the 10- to 15-foot jon boat of Robert Armistead, 54, of Lawrenceville, was found overturned in the water about 10 feet off the shore.

Armistead's body was taken to the Dekalb Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy and toxicology.

The Hall County Fire Department's Dive Team reportedly pulled his body from Lake Lanier on Sunday, according to CBS Atlanta.

The dive team responded to a call of a capsized boat near the Aqualand Marina at around 10:30 a.m. Sunday.

The Hall County Sheriff's Department told the television station that foul play is not suspected.
