Updated May 2 at 2 p.m. 

Gwinnett County Police were called to the Sinclair Apartments in an unincorporated area of Norcross Sunday morning and found an adult male had "suffered multiple stab wounds," according to a release. He was transported to Gwinnet Medical Center where he later died from his injuries.

The victim has now been identified as 20-year-old Sifredo Palma of Norcross. 

The Homicide Unit announced today that they have arrested 21-year-old Agustin Rangel-Oviedo on charges of aggravated assault and murder. The motive of the murder is still unclear, according to police. 

Police have also arrested 18-year-old Rogelio Rangel-Oviedo, the suspect's brother, on charges of Hindering the Apprehension of a Fugitive. 

Police reported on Sunday that they had in custody a "person of interest."
