Norcross Police recommends avoiding the Jones Street railroad crossing in downtown Friday morning and early afternoon due to maintenance work.
According to a Nixle alert, Norfolk Southern Railroad will be conducting maintenance near Thrasher Park from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 15.
Delays in traffic are expected, says the message, so police ask that drivers use alternate routes.
